Ryan Tate and I have been friends for quite some time. The kind of friends that many a journalist / writer shares… as we flit from job to job, we keep our friends – like sources – and keep in touch through our networks of friends in common that we work with at our current jobs.
All that to say I am a big Ryan Tate fan. Now that he’s at Valleywag, we just had to get together, if even publicly, on The A-List. Listen to us banter here:

I’m Ryan Tate, the Valleywag tech editor at Gawker.com. My book on business skunkworks – ad-hoc, unconventional and often unauthorized projects inside companies – will be published by HarperStudio in early 2011. Debbie Stier of HarperStudio blogged about the book here.
This site will offer insights, information and interviews gleaned during the making of the book, and after. You can keep up with the updates via RSS or on Twitter.
